I used it on a weekend camping trip with friends and was amazed at its performance. When I need to keep ice or cool items for long periods of time, this cooler is unbeatable and keeps everything cold and fresh with just one bag of ice. It's easy to travel with and more spacious than I expected.Looks great feels great but performance is nowhere near promised...it said keeps ice for 6 days... in reality I filled it with ice in the morning and it was gone by noon the next day...and if you put drinks in it and open it at all the ice is gone by 1st afternoon and is warm next dayHandle will break you fingerObviously it's meant to rival the Yeti one, and for $100 it works great. I use one thin re-freezeable stiff ice pack so I can have maximum space, and it keeps everything ice cold all day. I work onsite outside at various locations for long hours and I open it CONSTANTLY during the extreme heat in Texas during summer. I only need it to stay cold for 24hrs, as I have two ice packs I rotate after each day. Handle is super sturdy and I like the "locking" feature it has to make it easier to carry. 5-stars for what I need it for. Can't attest to anything past 48hrs, as I have no need. Also easy to clean and very sturdyJust as sturdy and works as good as a yeti and I am a yeti ownerWe use this to make gravy in for serving 200 homeless people on Sundays. It's great! Handles 8 gallons of boiling water poured straight off the stove. Doesn't warp or pop or buckle at all. Seals well.I did take off the metal carrying handle as that wasn't strong enough for the weight, nor suited for 2 people to carry together. Replaced it with a strong nylon rope in each end and now two people just grab this and go! No muss, no fuss, and the gravy is hot and ready to serve. The original handle should be good for the more traditional uses of this cooler. But do note that the cooler itself is not a light carry. This ain't Styrofoam!! :-)We weren't expecting a yetti for this price. But it's met and exceeded our expectations. Leaving it in the living room, reg 70° I threw a couple of frozen water bottles. Just as a test. They cooled the whole interior and took about 2 1/2 days for them to completely melt and no longer feel cold. Then with camping, 3 day weekend. I bag of ice, put in the day before we left, was still about 1/2 frozen and 3 water bottles that were frozen were melted but cold. Used a blue 12x12 ice pack to set the beer on, or stayed cold frozen for 2 days, just cold the 3rd day.We didn't try to keep the lid closed or keep it out of the sun. We wanted to see how it would do with out being careful about "letting the cold out".This is better than I expected! Showed up a week early. The quality is great! I do #vanlife and this is perfect.
