Great product! It’s easy to use and portable I took my nug smasher to a festival and it was so easy to move around! Everyone had their eyes on it and it worked great used it all day for two days straight!Recieved my NugSmasher Xp Amazon shipping was slow. The company was great at service, very friendly and helpful. The press is number one in my book. It worked flawless with great results at quality and yield. The only thing is the wobbly pump handle and at high pressure you need to hold onto the top so it don't tip over. Not a big deal. At approx. 48 lbs it's pretty easy to move to where you want to do your pressing. Thier bags are high quality, I did several presses with no blowouts or issue. I would like to add, When you call the company there is someone LIVE that answers not a bunch of recorder messages telling you to hit this number to connect. Just Love it.This piece of art from NS is a fantastic unit. Everything you need for a phenominal press is right here, wrapped up in a convenient package. Temperature control, quick even heating, and a pressure gauge so you know that you're on track. I have had the pleasure of talking with a couple of the reps at the company (that's right...I said pleasure!!!) and they are always friendly, polite, and always helpful. Can't go wrong should be one of their phrases!! They definitely stand behind their products too!!!The Nug Smasher XP is AMAZING. Great company with great people and customer service!!!Love this machine! The essential bundle was essential for start up too! Works great!Came as advertised and works great! Extremely satisfied customer. Best brand in the pressing business.I purchased the og originally. My accessory order was a little messed up. No big deal. The big deal is the press wouldn't hold pressure, at all! You could pump the plates all the way together, then watch them separate. For almost $900, it should be plug and play like the company advertises. They told me to try and burp the pump. Tried it 3 times. No luck. Then they tried to tell me I had to take it apart and check the fluid level. I did not entertain that idea. Not for almost $900. Who's paying me to work on their machine? Talked to the owner Scot. Nice enough guy. He sent me a shipping label to send the machine back. I ended up upgrading to the xp. For the pressure gage feature. Helps maximize yield. Mind you I'm about $3,000 into this adventure, at this point. 2 machines and some accessories. Waiting for a refund for the first machine while paying for the new machine. Got my new machine (see pictures.) It was literally dripping oil when I pulled it from the bag. Oil soaked stickers falling off. Wiped it all down, turned it on and it started smoking like crazy! Emailed the owner, twice, and asked him for his thoughts on the condition my new $1,400 machine. Sent pictures as well. No response. He did try to call once, but I was busy, then left the country for about a week. Told him Email was best for now. Still, no response. I waited long periods between Emails. I emailed him again and told him it was time for me to write a review and his machine was worth $300, tops. That got a response. They blame everything on shipping, not my problem. My burden in this transaction is paying for the machine. I did that twice. No payment plan. In full. Moral of the story is, this machine is WAY OVERPRICED! Purchase a nice, simple $300 machine and you'll be just fine. You just won't get the fancy aluminum casing (it's nice and sturdy.) The casing has nothing to do with quality or yield. BTW, their app doesn't work either. A big reason I stepped up to the xp, so I could get my psi perfect, thus maximizing yield. Maybe someday they'll make it right. Buyer beware.
