Works great for me! I had one in black that I inadvertently lost. I kept thinking it would pop back up but it never did. I was devastated. I tried looking for one like it and just never could find one. Then I found this one and hoped it was the same. It's nearly identical! It's just pink. Well I can get over that. Men can paint it if they want. It opens letters in a jiffy. It even opens Amazon packages just fine. The only thing you may have trouble with is anything that is encased in bubble wrap. It doesn't do any plastic very well. This is strictly a paper and tape ripping device.Sharp. Easy to use. Need to be careful if you have little ones at home - could be harmful if you don't handle with care because it is very sharp.I ordered this because I needed to add something to my cart to get same day delivery. However, I am actually glad I got it! It’s very sharp with a sturdy handle. I always find myself in need of it! My boyfriend laughed at me and asked if I could’ve found something more useful, but he is always using it too. It slices through letters very easily and cleanly.A perfect letter opener, works fine.
